Commercial Real Estate Investment Platform
Nov 2024 - Present
- Sole Engineer: Took over six repositories after the previous team left without documentation or a handoff. Kept the platform running in production while shipping features and platform work.
- Data Architecture: Designed the property data model and ingestion layer for an AI acquisitions product. Wrote deal-management API ETL, an automated comparables pipeline, and external feeds into storage.
- Application Layer: Added the natural-language chat interface, dashboards, data-source enrichment, and multi-tenant administration tools.
- Pipeline Performance: Re-architected a long-running batch pipeline with event-driven Step Functions fan-out, removing about 1,440 idle Lambda invocations each day.
- New Applications: Delivered a React 19 and TanStack Start web product plus a Python and FastAPI service alongside the existing AWS Lambda API and Hasura and PostgreSQL layer.

- Reporting System: Built the agency's governed BigQuery reporting system across paid media and first-party data.
- Data Quality: Automated daily transformation and quality checks, with freshness gating that stops stale reports from publishing.

- Regulated Data: Sole engineer on a multi-step credit-report signup funnel. Integrated knowledge-based authentication over PII on Next.js and AWS Lambda.
- PCI DSS v4.0: Handled the engineering side of certification, including control documentation, security-audit and stress-test triage, and remediation.
- Conversion Testing: Ran weekly cross-device A/B tests on the acquisition funnels feeding the flow.
Professional Network for Senior Creatives | invite-only SaaS
2024 - Present
- Ownership: Sole engineer on the product. Designed the schema and set up authentication and billing on Next.js, React, Supabase, and Drizzle, with separate production and staging environments.
- MVP Delivery: Revived a codebase after a year-long pause and shipped to production in three weeks, including onboarding questionnaires, member profiles, a filterable directory, messaging, and expert insights.
- Post-Launch Roadmap: Structured six more community features as separate milestones: notifications, introductions, Q&A, critique boards, group chat, and profile refinement.
